- Early Bird pricing ends March 31
- Booth reservations and payments must be received by May 1, 2026 or sooner as space is limited and categories may fill in advance.
- Booth space is not confirmed until payment is completed

- Your final booth number and exhibitor preparation details will be sent closer to the event date
