Exhibit at the Lomita Health & Wellness Fair

Join one of the South Bay’s most engaging community wellness events.

The Lomita Health & Wellness Fair brings together 300+ attendees and 50+ health, wellness, and community organizations for a lively outdoor event focused on helping residents live healthier, more connected lives.

Exhibitor Participation Includes

  • 10×10 booth space to connect with attendees
  • Morning coffee and vendor hospitality station (sponsored by Coastal Funeral Center)
  • One complimentary boxed lunch (additional lunches available)
  • Participation in the Wellness Passport Challenge, which encourages attendees to visit booths and interact with exhibitors throughout the event
  • Opportunity to contribute a giveaway item for the Chamber’s main-stage prize drawing
  • Listing as an official exhibitor on the event webpage

Exhibitors are encouraged to invite their clients and community networks to attend the fair.

Chamber members and sponsors receive priority placement.

Includes booth space, vendor hospitality, lunch, and participation in the Wellness Passport program driving attendees to exhibitor booths.

Bundle & Save

Exhibitors may receive $50 off Chamber membership after reserving a booth (available to first-time members). Many exhibitors continue building relationships in the community year-round through Chamber membership.

Application & Approval Process

Applications are reviewed by the Health & Wellness Committee. Most applicants receive a response within 5–7 business days.

Exhibitor applications are accepted until May 1, 2026 or until booth spaces are filled.

Approved exhibitors will receive a secure payment link to confirm participation.

Booth space is not reserved until payment is received.

Booth assignments are based on availability, category balance, and priority consideration for sponsors and Chamber members.

Key Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Booth space is limited to 10×10 per exhibitor space
  • Tents must be secured with weights or tie-downs
  • Tents without proper weights may be required to remove the canopy for safety
  • Booths must be fully set up before the event opens at 10:00 AM
  • Exhibitors must remain set up until the event concludes at 2:00 PM

Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Fitness & Movement, Mental Wellness, Nutrition & Holistic Health, Preventative Screenings (non-invasive, educational; e.g., blood pressure, posture, mobility), Family & Preventative Care, Senior Health & In-Home Care (including senior dentistry education and services), Community Health & Wellness Organizations

Limited availability:

Health & Beauty, Real Estate, General Health & Wellness (select placements remaining; must offer a distinct or interactive experience)

Fully booked categories:

Pediatric Dentistry, Medicare Insurance Specialists, End-of-Life Planning & Pre-Planning Services

To maintain a balanced and high-quality experience, exhibitor categories are limited and filled on a rolling basis.

Final exhibitor mix is curated to ensure a balanced and high-quality experience.

Exhibitor Guidelines

  • Booth spaces are 10×10 per exhibitor space
  • Exhibitors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and weights
  • Tents must be secured with weights or tie-downs at all times
  • Booths must be fully set up before 10:00 AM
  • Exhibitors must remain set up until 2:00 PM
  • Electricity, Wi-Fi, and special accommodations are not available
  • Food, beverage, or supplement samples may only be distributed with prior approval and any required permits
  • Exhibitor categories are limited to three businesses per category
  • One exhibitor per direct-sales or national product line may be accepted to maintain variety for attendees
  • While we attempt to separate similar vendors, exclusivity is not guaranteed

Priority is given to exhibitors providing health services, educational resources, and community-focused offerings.

Exhibitors are encouraged to focus on education, resources, and relationship-building rather than direct sales.
