Refund Policy
Membership Cancellation
Membership dues are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for canceled memberships. Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying the Chamber in writing or by stopping recurring payments or choosing not to renew through their member profile. No pro-rated refunds will be issued if a member cancels before the end of their term.
In the case of significant changes to the membership terms, billing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For memberships with automatic renewal, members will receive a reminder of the upcoming renewal before the charge occurs, providing them the opportunity to cancel or modify their membership prior to renewal.
Event Ticket and Sponsorship Transfer Policy
Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, ticket holders will have the choice of receiving a full refund or applying the amount paid to a future Chamber event.
Sponsorship Refunds: Sponsorships are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. If an event is canceled, sponsors will receive a refund, minus any non-refundable costs incurred prior to the cancellation, such as promotional materials, marketing efforts, and other associated expenses.
If the event is canceled within a short time frame (e.g., within a week or a few days before the event), sponsors may be given the option to apply their sponsorship to a future event or receive a partial refund, depending on the level of promotion and commitment already made.
Significant Event Changes: If there are significant changes to an event, such as a change in location or date, we will notify all ticket holders and sponsors via email. Please check your inbox, including junk/spam folders, for updates. If the notification includes a refund deadline, requests submitted after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
No Refunds for Personal Reasons: We do not offer refunds for personal reasons, such as scheduling conflicts or illness. Additionally, we do not provide credits for future events unless the event is rescheduled or canceled.
